What do the colours mean? Green = Live. Red = Expired (so edit or delete). Grey = Display at a later date.
Can I have a photo but no text? No, always start with a text entry and then add a photo.
How do I delete a photo? Either hide it (just leaving the text) or delete the whole entry.
What can I upload? Word(.doc), Excell(.xls), Audio(.wav), Photos(.jpg), Powerpoint(.ppt) or PDF(.pdf).
